We are struggling to book Savi's workshop handbuilt lightsaber experience and to register for DAS via our Disney App? Can we book/register for both of these from the UK or do we need to wait until we visit the parks ? Thankyou

Hello Stacey, and welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy!  Your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort is right around the river bend in only a few short days time!  I can just imagine how each morning you've been excitedly crossing off yet another day on your calendar as you've been counting down the days until August 4th is finally here.

Or maybe that's just how it is in my house before my family travels across the pond to visit Mickey Mouse?!

Stacey, I'm more than happy to share that all Guests are welcome to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) upon arrival at any Disney Theme Park.

To discuss registration for the Disability Access Service (DAS), you'll simply need to stop by any Disney Theme Park Guest Relations location where Cast Members will be happy to discuss the individual needs of the Guest who wishes to register.

Plus, it's good to know that any Disability Access Service (DAS) that Cast Members may provide, will be valid for the Guest's entire length of stay; which is currently up to 60-days at Walt Disney World Resort!

When thinking about making advance reservations for offerings from the Enchanting Extras Collection such as Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers at Walt Disney World Resort.  Stacey, I'm pleased to share that at this time, Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom, should be able to make over-the-phone reservations up to 60-days prior to our arrival at the most magical place on earth.

Advance reservations can be made by connecting with helpful Cast Members by dialling the UK freephone number for Tours, Recreation contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Additionally, it might be worth knowing that upon arrival in the United States of America, Guests are more also than welcome to try and secure any available online reservations for offerings from the Enchanting Extras Collection by accessing the US-based www.DisneyWorld.Disney.go.com website.

Plus if you so wish, it might be possible to seek out any potential walk-up, or day-of availability for Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers, or the Droid Depot at Walt Disney World Resort by enquiring at Guest Relations at Disney's Hollywood Studios, or indeed at the individual venues.

My best planDisney advice is to continue to believe that the Force is with you, and to never give up trying to secure a reservation at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge for the Star Wars fan in your family!

However, please know that everything is always subject to change at Walt Disney World Resort and that current availability may be limited, or even unavailable at the time of your arrival.

Stacey, all that remains is for me to wish you an extra magical upcoming summer holiday making forever memories with your lovely family at Walt Disney World Resort.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
