are the strollers free to use? or have to pay a rental fee?

    Hi Lindsay,

Strollers are available to rent in each of the theme parks, water parks and at Downtown Disney.  Click HERE to obtain a complete list of rental locations and current pricing.  You can either rent a stroller for a single day, or obtain a "length of stay" rental, which is often more convenient.

I have found that bringing my own stroller is very convenient, and more affordable than renting.  My kids were most comfortable in the same "wheels" that we used at home, the seats were cloth (versus plastic in the rentals) and I had no trouble differentiating between mine and another guests'.  In addition, I was able to use my own stroller outside the parks, at Downtown Disney and off-site locations.  What some people do with kids on the "borderline" of needing a stroller to save on renting one, is to purchase a very inexpensive umbrella stroller once they arrive in Florida.  You can pick one up locally for under $20 in many cases.  Once I saw a mom who was heading home and didn't want to cart the stroller she purchased, give it to a new mom entering the parks.  What a cool way to "pay it forward"!

    Have a wonderful trip.
