Hi Mandi,
Strollers (single and double) are available for rent at all 4 of the theme parks. Strollers are not allowed to leave the park in which they are rented. If you park hop on any given day and rent a stroller at the first park you visit, retain your receipt to get a stroller at the next park (if available as quantities are limited) at no additional charge.
The stroller rental fee (keep in mind this is always subject to change without notice) is $15 per day for a single stroller & $31 per day for a double. If you are staying multiple days, you may want to consider a Length of Stay rental which will save you a little money.
You can also rent a single stroller (but not doubles) at Downtown Disney (DTD). Strollers rented at DTD require a $100 credit card deposit per stroller rented in addition to the rental fee. The rented stroller must be returned to the original location (there are 2 at DTD )to receive a credit card deposit refund.
Disney stroller rentals are not available at Disney's Boardwalk Resort. If you are not able to travel with your stroller & you think that you will need a stroller while at Boardwalk or other areas outside of the theme parks & DTD, you may want to consider renting a stroller from a local vendor in the Disney World area. Another option is purchasing an umbrella stroller when you arrive. They sell them at several locations throughout Disney. If you choose to purchase one & don't want to travel back home with it, you could spread a little pixie dust on another family's trip and give it to them as you're leaving.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
