Are strollers available for use at all Disney World destinations (such as theme parks, Disney Springs, Disney Boardwalk)? Are they available at the resorts? Is there a rental fee?

    Hi Kimberly!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are thrilled to answer your first question!

I have a 6-year-old daughter so a stroller is always very important when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. Little ones can get very tired from walking so strollers really help families have a stress free visit.

You can rent a single or double stroller at all four theme parks and Disney Springs. The daily fee is currently $15.00 for a single stroller and $31.00 for a double stroller, and the multi-day fee is $13.00 for a single stroller and $27.00 for a double stroller. Renting for more days allows you to save money on your rental, and we all love to save some money while on vacation, right? Please note that these strollers must be returned to a rental location before leaving the theme park or Disney Springs. This can become an issue at the end of the day when your child is tired and most likely already sleeping in the stroller. That is why my family prefers to rent from Disney Featured Providers, this way we can take our stroller anywhere throughout the Walt Disney World Resort using Disney complimentary transportation, including our Disney Resort hotel.

Disney Featured Providers offer excellent service, and deliver and pick up your stroller at the convenience of your hotel. I love arriving for our vacation just find our rental stroller waiting for us at Bell Services at our Disney Resort hotel. At the end of our visit we simply leave our stroller where we picked it up and the company takes care of the rest. There are many options to choose from depending on the age, height and weight of your child. Strollers usually come with a complimentary rain cover and some even include a cooler.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kimberly. I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a magical visit.
