Hi Betsy!
Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you found us hEAR! Thank you for sending this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question our way.
I am so sorry to say, Betsy, that
stroller wagons are not permitted at Disneyland Resort. You might occasionally see one in the parks, but look around the handlebar as it has most likely been 'tagged' as an assistive device akin to a wheelchair. Should your family need to bring or rent a stroller that sits outside of the permitted size dimensions, which are 31" x 52", you'll be happy to know that you can now schedule a virtual
Disability Access Services appointment to discuss your family's needs. This appointment can be done anywhere between 2 to 30 days ahead of your Disney Days; requests made with less than 2 days notice must be made in person at the main
Guest Relations Locations which are City Hall in
Disneyland Park and the Chamber of Commerce in
Disney California Adventure Park.
Should you need to
rent a stroller, Disneyland Resort has two options, a single and a double, that both push like a dream. Disneyland also has a fleet of
rentable wheelchairs and Electric Conveyance Vehicles. Or, you can go with an outside vendor. ScooterBug is Disney's preferred stroller vendor and they have several different models, including an adaptive needs stroller that can hold up to 200 pounds, as well as traditional wheelchairs and ECVs.
I hope that this helped to plan your upcoming Disney days, Betsy! Be sure to follow the
