    Are stroller rentals for the Mickey's Halloween Party still free? Can you still get into the park at 4 for the party?

    Stroller rentals are not free at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween party. If you've visited any of the WDW theme parks earlier that day, you can show your receipt and receive a stroller without paying again.

    Some families like to take a chance in finding strollers that were left behind by day guests inside the Magic Kingdom.

    Yes, you can still get in to the MNSSHP at 4 p.m. Last week, I left the park before 4 p.m. and saw a small gathering of guests waiting for the 4 p.m. entry time. This is an unadvertised perk which was still being offered as of last week. You will receive a wristband when you enter the Magic Kingdom for the party. Just remember that party activities and events will not begin until 7 p.m. but you can certainly take advantage of enjoying some of your favorite attractions or having dinner.
