Hello Melissa! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Having a stroller for little legs is one of my most frequently quoted
tips for Walt Disney World Resorts Guests with young children. There is no way my little ones would be able to do half of the fun activities dad packs into a "Disney Day" without a frequent travel rest in our double stroller.
Even as my oldest gets a little bigger, I am keen to get the double stroller, just in case. Knowing my daughter, I'd get halfway to the next attraction before I realized she did a switch with my younger son and I found her in his stroller seat.
You may
rent a stroller near the main ticket gates for each of the 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks and at Sundries located at West Side in Disney Springs. The cost of a stroller is $15 per day for a single stroller and $31 per day for a double stroller. Strollers rented at
Disney Springs also require an additional $100 credit card deposit.
As you are visiting the parks for 5 days, you can take advantage of a Length of Stay Rental where you pre-pay for the 5 days (or how many consecutive days you require) at a cost of $13 per day for a single stroller ($65 for 5 days) and $27 per day for a double stroller ($135 for 5 days.
When my family visits Walt Disney World Resort, we rent a stroller from Kingdom Strollers, one of the Disney Featured Providers for family's like mine that require a stroller for extended stays and beyond the theme parks. The 3 Disney Featured Providers for Strollers are:
- Magic Strollers: (866) 866-6177;
- Orlando Stroller Rentals: (800) 281-0884; and,
- Kingdom Strollers: (407) 271-5301.
Have a Magical Vacation!
