How much are stroller day rentals at Disney parks ? Are there any meal packages and or unlimited drink packages to recommend ? What are the advise plans to do for a 1 day visit with a 5 year old boy?

Greetings, Ramona, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited for your Disneyland Resort adventures to begin today!

Currently, stroller rentals are available for $15 per day for a single, jogging-style stroller, and $35 per day for a double tandem stroller. Stroller rentals can be found just outside the Disneyland Park Main Entrance, adjacent to the Kennel.

Disneyland Resort doesn’t currently have any meal package offers, or unlimited drink packages available, however, you can purchase a Main Street Electrical Parade Refillable Popcorn Bucket and receive unlimited refills for $1.50 on your day of purchase with a valid receipt. So, if popcorn is a favorite family snack, this could be a great deal!

As a mom of three Mouseketeers, including a 5-year-old, I’d recommend checking out Disney Junior Dance Party! in Hollywood Land – it’s one of my daughter’s favorites! This interactive show encourages kids to get up and dance and sing along with favorite Disney Junior Characters, including Vampirina, Doc McStuffins, Timon, and even Mickey and Minnie Mouse! I have a feeling your little guy will also love Cars Land, filled with awesome attractions such as Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree, Luigi’s Rollickin’ Roadsters, and Radiator Springs Racers. When it’s time for a break, head to Flo’s V8 Cafe and enjoy a Flo’s Classic Shake with “Road Gravel” (also known as crushed Oreos!) while watching the cars speed by on Radiator Springs Racers!

At Disneyland Park, travel to a galaxy far, far away and let your Mouseketeer pilot Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. It’s an adventure you’ll both remember forever! My 5-year-old also loves “driving” me around Autopia, over in Tomorrowland. For some awesome Character meet-and-greets, I’d recommend heading to Mickey’s Toontown and visiting Mickey and Minnie’s Houses, and riding Gadget’s Go Coaster, which is a great first-coaster experience!

I hope this helps you plan your day ahead… wishing you magical adventures at the Happiest Place on Earth!
