Hi, there!
Katie, I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season. It truly is the most magical time of the year!
Preparing to travel with a little one in tow can be a bit stressful. How can someone so tiny need so many things? All Disney Resort hotels provide
complimentary cribs and I can purchase diapers and wipes from the hotel gift shop or a grocery delivery service, so thankfully, those are some things I don't need to worry about packing for my family's Disney vacations. We never leave home without our City Mini Stroller, though! The City Mini is the perfect stroller for pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks. I love this stroller because the seat reclines nearly flat making a comfortable place for my baby to snooze throughout the day. It also features an extra-large shade which keeps my baby protected from that bright, Orlando sun. Did I mention the City Mini folds quickly and easily? You won't need to fold your stroller to board the
monorail, but you
will need to fold it to hop on a
bus to
Disney's Hollywood Studios,
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and
Disney Springs from
Disney's Contemporary Resort. You'll want to have a stroller on hand that's convenient to carry on and off a bus in those instances!
No matter what stroller you choose to bring, be sure it meets the
size guidelines for the theme parks. I'm not familiar with the measurements of the other strollers you mentioned, but I can tell you that the City Mini Stroller fits the bill!
You'll see designated stroller parking areas throughout the theme parks. To find your stroller among a sea of others, attach something that will make it stand out. I always attach a few ribbons (Mickey patterned, of course!) and a luggage tag to the handlebar of our stroller. Some people use a balloon, nameplate, and even battery-operated twinkle lights!
I hope this was helpful, Katie. Please let me know if you have any other questions about traveling to the
Walt Disney World Resort with a little one in tow!
