When will my strike for not attending my magic pass reservation erase from my history?

    Hiya Salvador,

Welcome to planDisney! We really appreciate being able to answer your questions about Disneyland Resort.

Speaking of which, great question! According to the Magic Key No-Show Policy, Magic Key holders who no-show for three reservations in any 90-day window cannot make any new park reservations (or modify any existing ones) for 30 days after the third no-show. Based on this policy, every 90 days after the designated no-show, that no-show will no longer count against your three “strike” limit. I know that was a lot of words, but let’s say you have no-shows on your Magic Key holder account for April 1st, 2023, and May 6th, 2023. On July 1st, the no-show on April 1st no longer counts against you for the next 90 day period, but the May 6th one would.

I know this can be a lot to keep track of, Salvador, but I hope you found it helpful. To ensure you can avoid no-shows later, don’t forget to cancel or modify your reservations by 11:59 PM PT the day before your reservation. If you need anything else, please come back and see us.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
