How strict are the age rules for the Steam Engine Tour. Both of my sons are train fanatics. My youngest son will be 9 on our trip in August but will be turning 10 Oct. 02. He is big for his age. I do not want my son told he is too young after paying for it

    Hi Michelle,

How great that both of your boys love trains! Unfortunately, there isn't any "wiggle room" in the age requirements for Disney's The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains Tour. Participants are required to be ten years old or older for this tour. You are required to have a park ticket for this tour, and if your son is 9 at the time of this visit, he will have a child's ticket making it clear he is too young for this tour at this time.

I think this sounds like a great reason to plan your next trip after he is 10 years old!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions!

Wishing you and your family a magical vacation,
