Is My Storybook Moment necessary to get an autograph from Minnie Mouse or Mickey Mouse at Chef Mickey's character dining?

    Hi Gina,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted that you brought this question to us!

Chef Mickey's is a must-do Character Meal for my family. All you need to get an autograph from the characters is an autograph book and pen! You do not need to book any additional packages. Each character will come to your table, interact, take pictures and sign autographs.

The cast members at the restaurant will help make sure you get to see each character in between trips to the buffet.

Each time we visit Chef Mickey's our girls have such great interactions with all of the characters. Be advised, there is a photo opportunity just before the meal. It does not include the characters but is a great way to get your entire family in the photo just before chow down! Our girls love waving their napkins in the air for the dance party!

Be sure to make Advanced Dining Reservations as Character Meals do fill quickly. Reservations can be made 180 days in advance.

I do hope you get to give Mickey and Minnie Mouse a big hug. Happy Planning!
