Hi Kelly!
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White is an enchanting dining experience that brings the magic of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs to life. I was fortunate enough to get to experience this truly magical dining experience with family and friends on my Walt Disney World Resort vacation last month!
Throughout your meal, you'll have the chance to meet Snow White, Dopey, and Grumpy as they visit each table for photos, autographs, and fun interactions. The Evil Queen also makes quite a dramatic appearance, and guests get a special meet-and-greet moment with her during their meal. On the evening we visited, the Evil Queen was definitely the highlight of our experience!
Your
meal begins with a selection of shared appetizers, served family-style so everyone can sample each dish. The portions are designed for sharing, ensuring that everyone gets a taste of each appetizer. For example, the Wild Mushroom Bisque (my FAVORITE!) is served in small metal urns, one for each guest. I’ll admit we asked for more, and had quite a collection of empty urns for our large party!
As for the entrées, I normally gravitate toward a dish with meat as the main focus. However, for this particular meal, I can’t say enough good things about “A Stroll Through Nature”, an unbelievably delicious gnocchi dish that’s featured in
Delicious Disney: Walt Disney World Recipes and Stories from The Most Magical Place on Earth. It’s by far one of my favorite dishes at Walt Disney World!
The meal concludes with a trio of shared desserts, including "Miner’s Treasures," "Fairy Tale Gooseberry Tart," and "Poison Apple." (Make sure to eat the little “rocks” that come with the Miner’s Treasures, they’re made of chocolate!) You’ll also be presented with one more special treat to top off your meal – it’s a moment to remember!
Overall, Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White offers a great combination of delicious food, enchanting atmosphere, and magical character moments that make this meal a must-do for my family!
Please say "hi" to Snow for me!
