There isn't a specific store that has UP merchandise, but you're best bet would be to visit The
World of Disney Store located at
Disney Springs in the Marketplace. That store has a huge variety of merchandise, and you have a very good chance of finding Kevin & Dug there.
You can also shop on the Shop Disney Parks App right from your mobile phone. This would be a great option for you as you can use the map to see what merchandise is located around you at the time. This way, you won't miss the items if they're in a small store.
IF that doesn't work, you can always try contacting the Disney Merchandise Department. They can be reached at 877-560-6477. Almost any item sold in the parks can be tracked down and sent to you at home.
Don't forget that you can meet
Dug and Russell at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Make sure you look at the stores around that meeting area. The nearby stores will usually carry merchandise related to the meet and greets.
