We would like to store our luggage with Bell Service on the day we arrive and the day we leave so we can enjoy the property before and after we can be in our room. Is the bell service complimentary? If not, what does it cost to hold our luggage?

Hi there Joni and welcome to planDisney!

My travel days when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort are thought about just as strategically as planning my Advance Dining Reservations or my Theme Park Reservations. I usually like to fly in early and fly out late to have two extra days filled with magic during my stay. This makes me no stranger to the Bell Services desk.

Bell Services at Disney Resorts Collection hotels will hold your luggage for you at no charge on both your arrival and departure dates. You would simply go to the desk and let the Cast Members know that you'd like to store your bags. They'll tag them for you and give you a little ticket to hang on to. When you're ready for them, just head back to the desk to pick them up.

Pro-tip: Usually I drop my bags off upon arrival and head out to the pool at my hotel if the weather permits or over to Disney Springs for lunch. It's a great way to rest up for all the high energy fun I have planned in the coming days.

Joni, ditch the suitcases and go have a ball this February. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
