How many stops is it from the airport to Kidani Village? Are busses marked so you know which bus to get on?

    Greetings fellow Californian!

I was born in San Francisco, and spent my early yEARs in Sausalito, and will always call California home. The only other place that I enjoy visiting as much is Walt Disney World Resort, so I’m so excited you get to experience the Magic!

A few weeks before your trip (and after you reserve your spot on Disney's Magical Express), you will receive yellow luggage tags in the mail from Disney. Attach them to your checked luggage, and then check-in as usual for your flight.

Once you land, SKIP baggage claim and head straight to Level 1 of Terminal B. There is well-marked signage, and you can’t miss the Disney Buses! A Cast Member will check you in (make sure to keep your MagicBand in your carryon), and direct you to your appropriate coach. With a bit of Pixie Dust, your luggage will appear in your Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village hotel room within a few hours after check-in.

Orlando International Airport is 17 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, so the ride is approximately 25-35 minutes depending upon traffic. The trip is quite quick (that’s Disney magic for you!), and the enchanted videos on the bus immediately put me into vacation mode! If you have Guests on the bus who are staying at Jambo House, you will have one stop before yours once you reach the Resort. Depending on the composition of the Guests on-board, you might have a stop or two at a different Resort.

Christine, I hope I answered your question. If you have any others, please don’t hesitate to come back. chEARs to a magical vacation!
