Hi Paul,
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. It occurs to me that you might mean that you are stopping by the Disney Vacation Club Preview Center at Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. If you are doing this and are participating in the Disney Vacation Club Open House tour, there is no charge for your children to play in the supervised Kids Clubhouse while you take the Open House tour. Otherwise, if you are looking for a night out for the adults in your party, let me tell you about a couple of options.
The first are the
Children's Activity Centers at Walt Disney World. These are Simba's Cubhouse at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Never Land Club at Disney's Polynesian Resort, Cub's Den at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and Sandcastle Club at Disney's Beach Club Resort. In order to stay at these Children's Activity Centers, children must be between ages 3 and 12 and must be fully potty trained. The cost currently is $11.50 per child, per hour. Although there is no Children's Activity Center at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, you could certainly take your children to one of these other locations. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).
Your second option is an in-room babysitter from Kids' Nite Out. Although they are not directly a Walt Disney World service, they do come to any Walt Disney World resort. You can find them online at kidsniteout.com or by calling 1-800-696-8105. They will send a babysitter to your room to care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. The cost for a babysitter from Kid's Nite Out is $16.00 per hour for the first child, with and extra $1.50 per hour for each additional child.
I hope that this information is helpful, Paul. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
