Can you just stop in to a table service restaurant and get a dessert to go? Like a cupcake from Mama Melroses

    Hi, Belinda!

Restaurants in Walt Disney World have amazing dessert options. I just wish I could START with my dessert and work backwards sometimes since these sweet treats are so delicious!

Table Service locations do not offer take-out options. You are welcome to make a dining reservation to simply enjoy dessert, so you might consider doing that if there is a special sweet you are looking forward to.

But Hakuna Matata - No Worries! Each theme park has bakeries, quick service locations, and kiosks that offer dessert options. My latest craving is for the doughnuts at the Joffrey's Coffee kiosks located in each of the parks. These doughnuts are huge, and big enough to share (yes, I could share with my kids, but I prefer to keep it to myself!)

Some other amazing quick service dessert locations include the Boulangerie Patisserie in France (Epcot), the Kusafiri Bakery in Animal Kingdom, the Main Street Bakery in the Magic Kingdom, as well as bakery and snacks in shops around the parks. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, you might also want to walk up to the bar at 50's Prime Time Café to order a milkshake. My kids love the Peanut Butter and Jelly shake for a real treat!

But, for the ultimate fun in getting a cupcake, you simply must try Sprinkles in Disney Springs. You can actually go to the ATM, special order your cupcake, and like magic your gourmet cupcake appears! Now how can I get one of these Cupcake ATMs in my house!

Wishing you many sweet treats during your vacation!
