Will they stop Peter Pan's flight for me to lift my daughter from wheelchair to ride? We have never tried this ride before. Thank you

Hi Julie! It is great you are doing your planning ahead of time in regards to wheelchair friendly attractions at Walt Disney World. It prevents disappointment and confusion for your daughter when you arrive.

Peter Pan's Flight is certainly one of the most popular attractions in the Magic Kingdom. One must transfer from a wheelchair to the ride vehicle. Unfortunately, this is the only Magic Kingdom attraction that does not stop the moving walk that requires you to enter the vehicle. You would need to make the transfer with it still moving so it would be your determination if this is possible. Cast members are not allowed to assist with the transfer but they would be able to help move the wheelchair once the transfer has been made.

Since procedures change constantly I would stop and ask the cast member located at the beginning of the attraction and discuss the procedures for a wheelchair guest who cannot walk into the ride vehicle. They will do everything they can to have your daughter to enjoy this flight if at all possible. But there are so many great things to see and do so no worries if this isn't on the plans for this trip!
