Thank you for stopping by with such an important question. I am glad that you enjoyed your recent visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I have found, that the best way to continue to experience those magical feelings is to enjoy photos on my
Memory Maker account.
I am so sorry to hear that you are having difficulties editing your photos. It looks like Wreck-It Ralph and Vanellope are loose on the internet and have wandered into the PhotoPass section of the My Disney Experience app. I’ve had the same trouble and submitted a feedback request in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, with details of the same trouble you are having. I have heard back from a member of the Guest Support Team at Disney Photo Imaging, and they are aware of the issue. They are currently working on an update for the My Disney Experience app that will fix the issue and return Wreck-It Ralph home. I was also informed to turn on the automatic updates feature on my Apple device to ensure that my app will receive the update when it is available.
I am hoping the update will be available any day now. If you are having any trouble or if your photos are going to expire, I recommend reaching out to the Cast Members at
Disney Photo Imaging at (407) 560-4300 to see if they can help you extend the expiration date of your photos. Hopefully, this will give you more time to add stickers and frames to your core memories.
