Hi Marlene! Welcome back to planDisney.
Oh Boy! In three days you headed to my current favorite Disney Resort Restaurant,
Steakhouse 71 at
Disney's Contemporary Resort. Get there a little early to enjoy a stroll around this historic original Disney Resort Hotel. The Mary Blair murals are an American Treasure. I challenge you to find the five-legged goat for the perfect picture background. The hallway leading up to the restaurant is a Disney pictural historical treasure.
Parking with restaurant reservations is a breeze. At the gate, you will check in with the security guard. I suggest having your reservation handy on your phone or a printout to speed up your process. The guard will take down your license plate and guest parking is located in front of the resort. You have about three hours to enjoy the grounds and dining. Just keep in mind, that you cannot leave your vehicle all day and visit theme parks. Your vehicle will be subject to towing. Definitely not magical!
Let's talk
breakfast menu! I am highly suggesting Walt's Prime Rib Hash or the Floridian Eggs Benedict. Paired with a Tequila Sunrise or EARidescent Sip-a-bration you cannot go wrong. But honestly, there are no wrong choices. Another time, visit for
lunch to enjoy my favorite the Stack Burger. For
dinner, I always start with the French Onion Soup and Bacon and Eggs. I hope you enjoy your meal as much as I do! After breakfast, stop by the
Contempo Café to bring home a 50th Anniversary Peanut Butter-Banana Pie made specially to celebrate
The World's Most Magical Celebration.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
