We are staying at the Yacht club April 15-16-17-18-19. Can we drive(will have a car) to the Floridain or the Wilderness for a 7:00 a.m breakfast and then take the boat to the Magic Kingdom?

    Hi Jim!
You are in for a real treat staying at the Yacht Club, and April is such a nice time to visit!

Yes you can drive to the Grand Floridian or the Wilderness Lodge for a 7 am breakfast.  In fact, this is the best way (since you have a car) as the resort transportation will not be running that early.  You will be allowed to park at either resort for three hours while you eat breakfast.  However, after that you will need to move your car back to your resort as three hours is the maximum you can park while eating.

The boat transportation is a really fun thing to do - I encourage you to do it!  You can catch a boat from the landing at the Magic Kingdom and cruise over the Seven Seas Lagoon - and then back to the Magic Kingdom again.  Do the same with the Monorail just for the experience!  These are just some of the magical experiences that are often overlooked.

Jim, have a wonderful time together with your family!

Walt Disney World stole my heart when my parents introduced me to the magic the year it opened. I fondly remember my first 'Mickey Mouse in a Glass House' balloon! I still visit with my parents-and now with my husband and our two teens. Learn More About Lynn
