Welcome to planDisney, Alexander! It’s so wonderful to see you here! Planning a trip to
Disney World is such an exciting adventure, even though it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all the little details. But think of it this way—you’re already starting to enjoy your vacation as you think about all the amazing things you’ll get to do soon! Your trip is just around the corner, so let’s jump right in and get started!
The
Resort Monorail and the Express Monorail begin operating 30 minutes before
Magic Kingdom opens. For your date, Magic Kingdom will have Early Entry from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM, so you can catch the first monorail around 8:00 AM. If you’d like a different experience, water taxis and ferries from the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) are also an option. Just keep in mind that their schedules can change based on water and weather conditions. If the weather is nice, they usually start running around the same time as the monorail.
With that in mind, there’s really no need to arrive super early at the TTC. Arriving about 10-15 minutes before the first monorail leaves is perfect if you want to be among the first to enter The Most Magical Place on Earth! I’ve noticed that the monorail and buses sometimes start running even, but since there’s generally not a huge crowd for
Early Entry, you’ll have plenty of time to get there and decide how you want to tackle your first attraction of the day.
I hope this helps with your planning, Alexander! If you have any more questions, either now or later, please don’t hesitate to
come back and let us know. We’re always here and thrilled to help our amazing friends like you!
Cheers,
Nilson
