I am so excited that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort at such a great time! So many great things are happening in the fall that I am sure you have so many great things already planned. I love that you will be staying at a
Good Neighbor hotel at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Hotel during your stay. There are so many perks to being so close to the Magic and I bet you will have such a great experience. Let's talk about some things to expect when you check-in.
Now the first thing to be aware of is that you were able to book Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista through the Walt Disney World Resort website however they are a separate company that is partnered with Disney to offer their location and services through the Disney site. The best and most accurate information would come from them. For the most part, all of your expenses and fees should have been on the reservation that you should have been able to review when you first made your booking. The one big fee that you might see has to do with parking, if you do drive a vehicle you are renting when you are here. If not, that usually is something you will clear up with the staff when you check-in. You will most likely have to put a card down for incidentals but other than that, all of the fees and taxes should have been included in your initial reservation pricing. Again, it would be a good idea to talk directly with that hotel to double-check this information.
I do hope you have plenty of time set aside to experience all that the parks have to offer especially over at EPCOT. There is so much happening over there as we can experience the real-time transition to the newly reimagined park.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind being one of the newer additions is something you are not going to want to miss. This attraction is so much fun and with several different songs you may hear while riding, you might want to try to do this a couple of times! The newly opened
Connections Cafe and
Eatery give you some delicious options for a quick bite or drink in a very relaxed and contemporary location. I would try not to fill up too much as you will also be able to experience the super popular
EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. This festival is a celebration of the seasonal food and drinks offerings with nightly entertainment with
Eat to the Beat Concert Series providing high-quality entertainment you will have so much fun experiencing.
