Staying at WL in October. Have reservations at Ohana and Kona on 2 different nights. What is the easiest way to get from WL to Poly? Is there one boat that goes from WL to MK? Also want to do MNSSHP. Is Halloween night usually crowded?

    Hello,  Meredyth!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World!  From Disney's Wilderness Lodge to Disney's Polynesian Resort, you will need to take 2 water launches (boats).  First, take a boat marked with the flag for Magic Kingdom Park.  Once there, you will need to transfer to another boat heading for Disney's Polynesian Resort.  The entire journey takes around 40 minutes and it's one of my favorite ways to get around.  It's a scenic and relaxing trip.  You will want to allow an hour and a half for travel time in case you need to wait for transportation to arrive.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a must-do, in my opinion.  To answer your question, typically Halloween Night tickets do sell out.  Keep in mind that only a limited amount of tickets are sold.  I recommend purchasing tickets ASAP if you plan to visit that night.  Even though it will be crowded, that should not limit your ability to have a scary good time. Boo!

Please let us know if we can help with any other trip planning questions.  We are happy to assist.

I wish you a truly magical vacation.
