We're staying at the WL in November 2011. What if we want to change our hotel to the BC? Can we do that without incurring a change fee? Obviously there would be a difference in price, but woud we be penalized for changing? BC may have more to offer us.

Hi Kristen!

Feel free to change your mind as many times as you would like! Since you are NOT within 45 days of your travel date, you can make absolutely any changes that you would like, without any fees whatsoever. Of course, the Beach Club will more than likely be more expensive, so you will need to pay for the additional expense. Even if you do change within the 45 day mark, you can always upgrade without fees. However, if your price goes down, you will incur a change fee.

We LOVE the Beach Club and it's convenience to Epcot is amazing. Although, the Wilderness Lodge will be pretty darn cozy in November. Gosh, I'm not much help am I? Whatever you choose, you are sure to have a fabulous vacation!
