Hi, Staying at WL in Dec 08, would like to visit some other resorts to see decorations. Please give me the top 4 after the WL for xmas decorations. Thank you

The holidays are such a magical time of year at WDW.  I had the opportunity to visit during December last year and I was so impressed with the holiday decorations throughout the resort.

Here are some of the top spots when it comes to holiday decor:

-The Grand Floridian.  This resort is widely considered the most beautiful of all come Christmas time.  The giant tree in the lobby is only the tip of the iceberg.  Be sure to make your way around the resort to see beautiful gingerbread creations including a dollhouse and miniature railroad.

    - The Polynesian.  A gingerbread version of Santa's workshop is the claim to fame there.  It depicts a fun and festive take on Santa's island life.

    - The Beach Club

    ~and~

    - The Boardwalk.  Both of these Epcot area resorts are home to not only impressive trees and garlands, but unexpected gingerbread creations as well.  The life-size carousel at the Beach Club is a sight to be seen and the festive gazebo at the Boardwalk is equally impressive.

Don't overlook the details as you make your way around admiring the holiday decorations.  Be sure to pay special attention to the ornaments on all of the trees, as they are themed specifically to the resort (or theme park as the case may be) surroundings.

    Happy holiday touring!
