    Hi! We are staying at the WL on the club level 9/24-28.One reason I booked the club level was because you get advanced itinerary planning, but when I asked the booking agents about it they couldn't tell me who to call. Has anyone ever used this service?

    Hi Linda!  I have indeed used the club level concierge service at many of the resorts including the Wilderness Lodge.  It is a great perk to be able to let them get your reservations and help plan your vacation with you.  Since your reservation is still a few months away I will assume that you will be getting something in the mail or via phone about three months out.  However, if you are like me you will want to start the discussions before that time so please call the resort directly, 407-824-3200, and ask to be directed to the Itinerary Planning Office or Concierges/Club Level.  The cast members will be happy to help you!
