    Staying at WL Aug 2015, 2nd time,love this hotel. I made rev on line, called and got better deal! Requsted a court yard view over looking bay lake facing MK to view the water parade. Room # suggestion?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I just got back from a trip to the great outdoors … wait … I was staying at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. What an amazing and relaxing experience! We enjoyed the beach and hiking through the woods to the Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds to visit the blacksmith at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch. We played catch the whole way and saw the best view of Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort with Space Mountain sandwiched perfectly between them.

    There are several sites online to scope out the best rooms for your vacation needs. I have used touringplans.com’s services many times as I find their expert research to be just what this Mousketeer ordered. I would request an end room on the fourth, fifth or sixth floor and tell the Disney Reservation Specialist that you want to be able to see Bay Lake from your room so you can watch the water parade. The Electrical Water Pageant is a must do and we love it.

    Your August trip to Disney's wild wooded frontier is going to be fantastic. Make sure you do the Hidden Mickey Hunt if you did not do it last time. We enjoyed exploring the resort and had the hardest time with the Hidden Mickey out by the ... whew, almost gave it away.
