We will be staying in the Wilderness villas for the first time and was wondering where we can get some grocers. We will be flying in so no car. Thanks

    Hi Pam,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  One of my favorite things about staying at a Disney Vacation Club resort is the flexibility it gives you to prepare meals and keep groceries in your villa.  My family and I typically eat one or two meals a day in our villa, which saves us both time and money.

You are in luck, there are a few ways for you to get groceries when you are staying at The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  At Wilderness Lodge Mercantile, located in Disney's Wilderness Lodge, you will find a limited selection of groceries, including items such as pretzels and milk.  If you are looking for snacks and quick breakfast foods, they can be found at Wilderness Lodge Mercantile.  If you want more extensive groceries, there are a couple of options.

First, if you are a Disney Vacation Club member, you can order groceries to be delivered through Disney Vacation Club.  Simply visit the Disney Vacation Club member website.  From here, go to the drop down menu for "Vacation Planning" and choose "Pre-Arrival Checklist."  On this page is the option to order groceries.  You choose your resort, fill out the form and fax or mail it to the address on the form.  Please note that this must be done at least three business days ahead of your arrival.  You can also have groceries delivered through the unofficial website gardengrocer.com.  You can visit the website, fill out your order, and groceries can be delivered to your resort.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Pam.  Have a wonderful time planning your trip, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
