    We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodges, planning to dine at Polynesian Resort, can anyone give us the best way to travel? Thanks

    Hi Anne!

    There are several ways to get there:

    1. You can take a bus from the Wilderness Lodge to the Magic Kingdom and there transfer to the Resort Monorail or a boat going to the Polynesian
    2. You can take the boat from the Wilderness Lodge to the Magic Kingdom and then do the same as above
    3. You can take the boat from the Wilderness Lodge to the Contemporary and then transfer to the Resort Monorail going to the Polynesian
    4. You can take a taxi from the Wilderness Lodge directly to the Polynesian
    The first three roughly all take about the same time; I would plan on 30 minutes but it should only take that long if you're unlucky and just missed a boat or something.  The taxi ride itself is less than 5 minutes and there are usually taxis standing by at the Wilderness Lodge.

    My favorite route would be to take the boat to the Contemporary and then take the monorail, but only if the boat is going directly to the Contemporary (instead of going to Fort Wilderness first).
