We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge and renting a double stroller through Orlando Stroller. Will we have to collapse the stroller for the boat to Magic Kingdom, the monorail or the Disney buses or can we wheel it on and not have to empty it each time?

    Hi Valerie!

I am glad to hear that you are planning ahead and that you have rented a stroller for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  When riding the monorail and some of the larger boats throughout Walt Disney World Resort, you will not have to collapse your stroller.  Unfortunately, on all of the buses and smaller boats you will need to collapse your stroller before boarding.  I like to bring an empty reusable bag that fits in our stroller to store loose items when I need to collapse my stroller, it makes it much easier when boarding and disembarking the buses and smaller boats.  I have found that sometimes the Cast Member even on the smaller boats will not make me collapse the stroller when the boat isn't completely full, but it does vary between Cast Members.

I hope you have a magical time on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Valerie.  Please let me know if you have any other questions as your vacation approaches.  I would love to hear from you again!
