    Staying @ Wilderness Lodge in October and have booked lunch reservations at Trails End. How do we get from the resort to Trails End.

    Hi, Kimberly!

    Disney's Wilderness Lodge is one of my favorite resorts at Disney. Not only is it beautiful, but the cast members at this resort are exceptional and will make your vacation magical!

    Trail's End is located at Fort Wilderness which is just a quick boat ride away. Exit the back doors of Wilderness Lodge, go past the Silver Creek Springs feature pool, and toward the boat docks on Bay Lake. Choose the boat heading to Fort Wilderness, and you will be there in a jiffy!

    If you have time after lunch, take some time to explore Fort Wilderness. It really is a neat place with everything from camp sites, to walking paths, to horse stables. We like to rent bikes and journey around the campgrounds to see all the wonderful features of this resort.

    Have a great October vacation in Walt Disney World!

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home.
