Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Karen. Thanks for stopping by to chat about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. May will be here before you know it. I bet you are getting so excited!
I think you are really going to enjoy staying at
Disney's Wilderness Lodge during your trip, Karen. I hope you'll plan to spend some time enjoying all the resort has to offer - especially at my favorite spot,
Geyser Point Bar & Grill. I love grabbing a drink and a bite to eat in the afternoon while relaxing by the lake on one of their many couches. It's such a relaxing spot to hang out with family or friends. If you are feeling munchie, I highly recommend the cheesy barbeque brisket with house-made chips. It's so delicious!
Karen, only Guests staying at Deluxe level resorts at Walt Disney World are able to take advantage of the
extended evening theme park hours. That means only the people who are on your resort hotel reservation will be permitted entry into the Walt Disney World Theme Park at that time. However, if your family would like a little extra park time, you all can take advantage of the
early entry in the mornings. Guests staying at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels are able to enter any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks 30 minutes prior to the scheduled opening time. I've enjoyed the early entry several times, Karen, and it really works out great. Each time I've taken advantage of the early entry benefit, I've been able to enjoy a few of the most popular attractions without the long wait times that you'd typically expect before the park is even open. I'm a big fan!
I hope this helps, Karen. If you have any other questions about this or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Have fun!
Jackie H.
