    We will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge in May and have ADR at Chef Mickey's at 7am. What is the easiest and fastest way to travel between the 2 and about how long should we plan for the trip? Thank you!

    Hi Rebecca,

    Great plan to snag an early morning breakfast reservation with Mickey and gang! Although a boat does exist to transport guests from Disney's Wilderness Lodge to Disney's Contemporary (usually starts around 6:30-6:45 a.m.), I think you'll cut it too close to your reservation time, or likely run late. I would suggest taking a very quick taxi (will cost $10 or so) OR hop on an early morning character breakfast bus to Magic Kingdom and walk to the Contemporary. The walk is only about 10 minutes. If you opt for the bus, I would be sure you are at the bus stop when they begin running at 6:30 a.m. Check in with your front desk the evening before to notify them of your breakfast plans. If there's any change to the transportation operating schedule, they'll let you know at that time.
