Staying at Wilderness Lodge Feb 2013. Noticed that Roaring Forks menu offers a create your own cereal with addins as well as build your own yogurt parfait. Can you tell me more details about these two options? Would they count as a snack credit? Thx!

    Hi Rachel,

I'm so jealous of your vacation plans!  Disney's Wilderness Lodge is my favorite resort in the entire world.  You're going to love it.

The Roaring Fork menus posted on various fan sites are a bit outdated.  Last May this restaurant dropped the create-your-own-yogurt parfait option from their menu, much to the chagrin of many guests.  However, they replaced it with some amazing Mickey waffles.  I had the Bananas Foster and strawberry-orange waffles last September.  I can testify first hand that they are scrumptious.  While the parfaits will be missed, the waffles are a welcome addition to their breakfast menu.  The Mickey waffles can be purchased using a quick service credit on the Disney Dining Plan.

Let us know if you have any additional questions about staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  Many of us here at the Moms Panel regard this resort as our favorite.

Best wishes for a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust (and Mickey waffles)!
