    Staying at the Wilderness Lodge, Club Level 9/2018. do I tip the cast members who set up the refreshments? How about the turn down service? Is a tip expected at turn down - and then also for mousekeeping? So confused and don't want to leave anyone out!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Oh my goodness, your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation sounds like it's going to be a magical one! I'm thrilled to share my opinions regarding gratuities while staying in a Club-level room.

    I can't think of any other way to describe the feeling I get driving up to Disney's Wilderness Lodge other than magical! You've chosen such a gorgeous and beautifully-themed Resort hotel as your home away from home. Staying in a Club-level room will just put an extra sprinkle of pixie dust on top of your stay! When my family stays as Club-level Guests, we typically give the Cast Members who prepare and serve the snacks and refreshments in the Club-level Lounge, as well as the amazing Cast Members who turn down and straighten our room each day, gratuities at the end of our vacation. Please know that gratuities are not required and any amount given is at your discretion.

    I have no doubts that you will receive exceptional customer service while staying in your Club-level room at Disney's Wilderness Lodge! If you can, definitely grab a meal at Whispering Canyon Cafe... just think twice before asking for ketchup! Haha!
