    We are staying at Ft Wilderness in late August. We made reservations for Mickey's Backyard BBQ, but now I'm not so sure. My daughter will be 8 when we arrive and really doesn't eat any meat. Would there be anything besides corn for her to eat?

    Hi Annmarie!

    Even though it is technically a BBQ, there are still tons of options for your daughter.  To begin with, let them know she is a vegetarian.  There are a few other options for her to choose from such as salad, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, cornbread, potato salad, fruit and the MOST important, Mickey ice cream bars!  Mickey's Backyard BBQ is really fun, especially if your daughter loves character interaction.  My son LOVES the dance parties around Walt Disney World, so he loves this character experience.
