We are staying at Ft. Wilderness and eating brkfst at the Cape May Cafe', then going to Epcot for the day. Our final meal is also reserved at Epcot. What is the most efficient way to get there in the morning and get back to our starting point at the end.

    Hi Jenifer!
Boy I'm glad that you asked this question! I just love Disney transportation questions.  There are countless ways to get from place to place in Walt Disney World and they all will get you there, but some will take longer than others.  I will provide you with three options for your itinerary: a direct route, a scenic route, and the quickest route which costs some money.

    Direct Route:

    1. Take a Disney Bus from Fort Wilderness to Epcot then transfer to a Beach Club Bus without entering Epcot.
    2. Eat Breakfast at Cape May then take the Friendship Boat or walk to the International Gateway and enter Epcot.
    3. Spend day at Epcot then take Disney Bus back to Fort Wilderness

Scenic Route: (sometimes half the fun is getting there!)

    1. Take a boat from Fort Wilderness to the Magic Kingdom then jump on the Monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC).
    2. At the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) transfer to the Monorail that goes to Epcot.
    3. Enter Epcot and walk to the International Gateway, then walk or take the Friendship Boat to the Beach Club
4.Eat Breakfast at Cape May then take the Friendship Boat or walk to the International Gateway and enter Epcot.
    5. Spend day at Epcot then take the Monorail back the Magic Kingdom and the boat back to Fort Wilderness basically reversing your morning trip.

    Quickest Route:

    1. Take a Taxi (this costs money) from Fort Wilderness directly to the Beach Club
    2. Eat Breakfast at Cape May then take the Friendship Boat or walk to the International Gateway and enter Epcot.
    3. Spend day at Epcot then take Disney Bus back to Fort Wilderness

I hope that you have some magical travels on your next Disney trip!
    Keep Dreaming Big!
