We will be staying at ft wilderness campground in our RV. We have 3 small dogs. Please tell me that is ok!

    Hiya Jalayne,

Welcome to planDisney! We are so happy that you are here!

Don’t you love that our canine pals can join us on our magical vacations? My dog, Sloopy, has been a Guest at Walt Disney World a few times, and it is always so fun to bring him along. During our last visit, we picked up the Pluto Welcome Home kit, and he still uses the food dish every day! Enough about our adventures, let’s get you ready for yours. Let me put your mind at ease, Jalayne: your three little dogs can all join you. While other pet-friendly accommodations at Walt Disney World Resort only permit two dogs, Guests staying at Fort Wilderness Campground can bring up to 4 dogs!

I hope this was helpful, Jalayne. Before I let you go, don’t forget to check out Waggin’ Trails Dog Park when you visit with your dogs. Pets must be leashed around the campground, but at the dog park they can run and play without their leashes. When you check in, the Cast Members will provide a map to help you navigate the property, and be sure to ask them for the best route to the dog park. Also, I know you have an RV, so you might not need this, but if you want to spend a little extra time in the theme parks without worrying about your pets, you can always make a reservation over at Best Friends Pet Care. We love doing this when we visit because we know Sloopy can go outside when he needs to, and we can visit him throughout the day whenever we miss him. If you need anything else, please come back and see us.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
