    Hi! We are staying at the Ft Wilderness cabins in November. We have reservations for restaurants at the Grand Floridian and Polynesian Resort for dinner. I was wondering how much time we should allow to get to these reservations. We'll have a golf cart.

    Hi Laura!

    My family and I just spend a week in a Fort Wilderness cabin and we loved it.  The best way to get to those locations would be to take your golf cart down to the Fort Wilderness marina.  Then take a boat to the Magic Kingdom.  You won't actually go inside the theme park, but once you are there, head to the Magic Kingdom Monorail Station outside of the park.  Then take the monorail to the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian.  Be sure to take the resort monorail and not the Express Monorail!  The boat takes about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the Magic Kingdom and the monorail can take about 10 to 15 minutes to reach the Polynesian, depending on whether it has to wait for another monorail or not.  I would plan on the whole trip taking an hour, which includes waiting for the boat to the Magic Kingdom in the first place.
