We will be staying at Ft Wilderness. Have ADRs for dinner at Poly & GF. Both days we will be at MK but likely to return to resort in afternoon for pool/nap. Is taking the boat to CR then monorail to Poly or GF a good option. Seems more pleasant than bu

Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, Cynthia!

It sounds like you want transportation options from Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort to both of your Advance Dining Reservations, right?  Well, let me give you my suggestion.  Take the boat from Fort Wilderness to Magic Kingdom Park.  From there, you have two options.  You can take a resort launch (boat) from Magic Kingdom to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Polynesian Resort as well.  Once at the Magic Kingdom, look for the gold colored dock near the base of the monorail station. Those launches head to both resorts.   You can also take the monorail from Magic Kingdom Park to the Polynesian and Grand Floridian as well.

Feel free to come back and ask me any other questions you might have.

Until then, I wish you a MAGICAL vacation!
