Staying @ Wild cabins w/sis's family. 4 kids, used to going to bed by 7 pm. Can Fantasmic be seen from somewhere besides the theater in case the kids manage to stay awake? Don't want to wait in line, prob won't make it that late. Where to see Illumin

    Hi Cynthia,

Sounds like you've got a fun family vacation planned. Fantasmic! is awesome and its always a must do for my boys.

Unfortunately, you can't see any of the performance from outside of the theater. The walkway to the theater has a gradual uphill slope and the performance is at the bottom of the bowl seating. That prevents you from seeing it outside the theater. You can see the fireworks at the end from the parking lot or from the entrance of Disney's Hollywood Studios which is near the back of the theater. The fireworks portion is very short and nothing close to the amount of fireworks during Wishes so I don't think it would be worth the time to try to find a spot to see them.

If all of the kids in your party are used to going to bed by 7:00 p.m., you could try letting them take a long, late nap and going to Fantasmic! during one of the evenings of your trip. You could also switch off with childcare duties during the evenings and the adults could take turns going back to the park to see Fantasmic! or venture out to see some of the nightlife that Disney has to offer.

Your question about IllumiNations got cut off so I'm not sure if you're looking for places inside or outside Epcot to view it. You can see some of the higher fireworks from the parking lot or surrounding resorts but you can't see the Earth Globe unless you're inside Epcot near the World Showcase Lagoon. Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
