We are staying 2 weeks at Saratoga Springs and Spa hotel in July/Aug this year, can we pre-book the type of room we get? Is there an e-mail we can use to make contact?

    Hi David!

I assume you mean can you pick the type of room at the resort, such as a Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, etc as opposed to a specific building and/or room number.  If that's what you are asking, the answer is "yes".  You actually have to book a specific type room because there are limited numbers of each and each type has a different cost associated with it.

However, if you mean can you make a specific building and/or room request, the answer is also "yes".  The room request just needs to be with your reservation.  You can also call the resort directly about 3 days before check-in and reiterate your request.  Finally, when you arrive, if you haven't been assigned to a room meeting your request, you can make one more attempt.  Just keep in mind that a room request is a request and not all requests can be met.

I hope this helps!  If didn't answer your question of if you have any more questions, please write back!
