Aloha, Jennifer!
I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney with a question about dining with your favorite mischievous
(but also cute and fluffy) extraterrestrial...because he happens to be my favorite too! For me, no magical vacation is complete without a hug from Stitch, so I'm happy to share my top tips with you for making that happen.
Between the Mickey (and Stitch) waffles, POG juice, and a magical group of hosts in their tropical finest, it's no wonder that
'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch is one of Walt Disney World Resort's most sought-after character dining experiences. Because of its popularity, it's not unusual to have difficulty securing a reservation past the
60-day window. Happily though Jennifer, all hope is not lost for enjoying this Hawaiian roller coaster ride of a meal! In my experience, availability periodically becomes available as people change their plans, so keep checking back. When I am unable to secure a dining reservation right away, I make checking the app a part of my daily routine until I'm able to snag one. For this particular meal, I've had the most success on the night before or the morning I'm hoping to dine. If all else fails, you can also stop by 'Ohana to see if there is availability on the walk-up list. If not, you can always grab a DOLE Whip and explore the tropical paradise that is
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
As a bonus tip: If you'd like a visit with Stitch captured by a
Disney PhotoPass photographer, Stitch has recently been greeting Guests in Magic Kingdom Park near the exit to
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. You can find his daily list of appearances in your My Disney Experience app, and I encourage you to arrive early as his line often reaches capacity for each meet and greet quickly.
I hope this was helpful, Jennifer, and that you are able to express your
burning love for Experiment 626 with a quality hug during your upcoming vacation. If you have any additional questions for us at planDisney, feel free to
stop back by. I'm always happy to help!
Mahalo,
Lizzie
