Staying a week, with RV at Ft Wilderness. We like adding extra things that people might not realize are out there. Like one time we did a pirate cruise. What are the best extra things to add for a family of 7?

Welcome to planDisney Kris. Staying a week anywhere while visiting the parks is exciting. And your stay is going to be full of exciting extras.

The Campsites and Disney's Fort Wilderness are full of extras and one of the best is Motorized Boat Rentals. These seat up to 10 guests, reservations are not required but are subject to a first come first serve basis. Your resort has amazing extras, the most under-the-radar experience with over 90 of the Happiest Horses that live at Tri-Circle-D Ranch where you can get a ride on a pony. Or the much more peaceful Horseback Riding along scenic paths. These 45-minute trail rides are $55 (tax not included) and will be the talk of your entire trip. Prices are subject to change. Some of the more basic but still cool activities are archery and fishing. I personally always wanted a golf cart so you should definitely rent one. They will help you get around the resort much easier than walking.

Your summer visit should include visiting your resort's pool, the Meadow Swimmin' Pool has recently been refurbished and is ready for summer fun. The 67-foot corkscrew slide is such a fun part for anyone big or small to enjoy. The adults have a place to be in the whirlpool spa, and little ones also have a splash area so everyone in the family can have a place to cool off.

This trip sounds like it is destined to be a great one. If you have any other questions about your visit please do not hesitate to ask me a question and I will be ready to help.

    Have a magical stay,
