We are staying at a WDW resort in March 2017. We live in Canada so I understand we can't get the Magicbands sent to us in advance. Can I still customize the bands in advance? Do I just have them sent to the resort?

    Hi Tanya,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

Even though you can’t get your MagicBands shipped to your Canadian residential address, you can absolutely still customize them before your next visit to Walt Disney World Resort! We still personalize ours for every trip, and haven’t had any problems picking up our customized MagicBands when we check in at our Resort Hotel. Please visit the "MagicBands and Cards" section of My Disney Experience in order to start the customization process.

Finally, because you live in Canada, don’t worry, they’ll get sent to your Resort automagically (unless you specify another U.S. address for shipping)!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
