We are staying at WDW for just over 24 hours before heading to the Gulf Coast. We are wondering about using the paper cups in the food halls, can you tell me if we can get more than one refill on these and what is the time period?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Patricia!

A short visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is still a magical time, no matter how quick! I hope the time goes by super slowly when you’re there enjoying and taking in all the fun!

Patricia, when you purchase a disposable cup at one of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, the cups are outfitted with a RFID chip that will allow guests to refill this cup three times within one-hours’ time. There is also a short waiting period between refills. If memory serves me right, this wait time is only about 90-seconds. I’ve found this a generous portion, even for my pop-loving husband who is a big drinker.

I hope this helps answer your question! During your visit, be sure to enjoy all the wonderful amenities and benefits that come with your stay inside the magic.

Have a pixie-dusted day and see ya real soon!
