Staying at WDW. We have 3 DDs 2,6,9. If we only have extra time for 1, I was wondering which you think would be the best to do The Boardwalk or Downtown Disney.

    Hi, Kris!

I bet you and your three little princesses are looking forward to your Walt Disney World Resort visit! They’re going to love exploring all that New Fantasyland has to offer in Magic Kingdom Park.

While Disney’s BoardWalk and the Downtown Disney area are both lively and fun, I would recommend Downtown Disney as the best choice for your family. There are several restaurants, entertainment, street vendors and shops to hold your daughters’ interest, like the LEGO Imagination Center, Once Upon a Toy and World of Disney Store. There’s also a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique location if your older two girls would like a royal makeover! I think they would especially enjoy a meal at one of the themed restaurants like Rainforest Café or T-REX. The entire Downtown Disney area is bright, colorful, and visually engaging for young children, so even just a stroll through to browse is a great way to spend time as a family.

I hope this helps, Kris, and that you enjoy a pixie-dusted visit to “The Most Magical Place on Earth!” Please feel free to write back with any other questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
