Hi we are staying at the Waldorf Astoria. Where will the free shuttles drop us off at MK and Springs and is there a monorail to take if it’s a long walk? Also do the free shuttles from the Waldorf drop off at other Disney hotels for breakfasts/dinners?

Hello, Sophie! My warmest welcome to planDisney! I have visited the Spa at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando and can vouch for its upmarket feel.

The Waldorf Astoria Orlando provides complimentary transportation between its Resorts, Walt Disney World Theme Parks, and Disney Springs. This shuttle does not service Disney Resort hotels. For some rides, such as Magic Kingdom Park and Disney Springs, the bus pick-up and drop-off area is further away than Disney Resort bus stops, which service Disney Resort hotels.

For example, at Magic Kingdom Park, non-Disney Resort hotel buses typically drop and pick up from the Ticket and Transportation Center. From here, you can select your onward journey to the Parks by Monorail, ferryboat or bus! At Disney Springs, there is a separate bus stop area for offsite transportation, which drops off near the entrance to Cirque to Soleil. There are up-to-date schedules for their shuttle service available on the Waldorf Astoria Orlando website.

If you plan to dine at one of the Disney Resort hotels, please know that you can take the complimentary Disney transport from the Parks to the Resorts. For example, if you are dining at Disney's Riviera Resort (Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera is a delight), simply hop on the Disney Skyliner from EPCOT International Gateway towards your awaiting dining table. Just remember to give yourself ample time for the journey. If in doubt, you can always order a rideshare service such as the Minnie Van from Lyft.

Final tip - The Waldorf Astoria Orlando is listed as a participating hotel for Early Theme Park Entry, meaning you may enjoy a quieter time in the Parks each morning.

I hope this information helps today, Sophie. I wish you a fabulous holiday at the Most Magical Place on Earth. We're always here at planDisney should you need anything else.
